Gorgeous Orange and Black Frill Skirt with Matching Headband

This funky little skirt comes in a patterned black and white flower, with a gorgeous orange and black spot frill with a sparkly orange tulle frill, and lovely satin orange bow to match. Waist size is 20”, length 10” it also comes with a matching black and white floral headband and a gorgeous orange sparkly tulle bow.

All of our skirts are measured with the waist band unstretched.
